Our Story

The first weeks with a new dog are chaos and joy in equal measure — the chewed corner of the rug, the 3am whimper, the friend texting you a bewildered question at 11pm. It's one of life's great small upheavals, and it passes faster than anyone's ready for.

The Alpine Paw started with a simple frustration: finding the right things for a new dog shouldn't mean a panic-trip down the pet-shop aisle, guessing at bowls and hoping you haven't forgotten anything. So we put the things that actually help in those first weeks together in one place — chosen, wrapped, and ready to give.

That's the New Arrival Box: a small, considered collection of what we wish every new dog owner had on day one, finished with a hand-written note from whoever's sending it. Not dog gear — the start of everything they'll share.

We curate; we don't make the products ourselves. From Auckland, we choose what goes in every box, wrap each one by hand, and ship it anywhere in the country. Everything we do grows around a single idea: helping people get the start right.
