Shipping & delivery

 

We ship throughout New Zealand. Orders are typically dispatched within 2 business days of being placed, Monday to Friday, from our Auckland base.

 

Delivery times

 

North Island: 1–3 business days from dispatch.

South Island: 2–5 business days from dispatch.

Rural addresses: please allow an additional 1–2 business days.

 

We use trusted New Zealand couriers and provide tracking on every order. Once your parcel is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email.

 

Gifting

 

If you're sending a gift, leave us a note at checkout and we'll wrap it accordingly. We don't include receipts in gift orders.
